Nowadays data integrity is a trend topic in the pharmaceutical industry. All our solutions are fully documented, developed and tested following the good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP5) and according to the recent guidelines in terms of Data Integrity (FDA, MHRA, etc.…) and to the CFR21 part 11 regulation. Moreover, ERsistemi is available for cost-effective, efficient, and seamless data integrity assessment and remediation plan.

In recent years ERsistemi is strongly investing in simulation technologies. Simulation platforms (such as Siemens SIMIT) have been successfully used to simulate very complex process plants before the installation phase. This creates opportunities for process optimization and know-how retention which results in reduced commissioning time and significantly shortened time-to-market. Overall this means more efficiency throughout the entire lifecycle of manufacturing and process plants.

Using SIMIT, ERsistemi is able to design a real-time simulation and emulation for the evaluation of a process automation solution. Testing and optimization (virtual commissioning) can be carried out either using a real or a virtual automation system. SIMIT enables an end-to-end data flow between engineering and simulation and provides the basis for creating a plant’s digital twin.

If validation is a concern, ERsistemi can design systems which assure Title 21 CFR Part 11 and Data integrity guidelines compliance. Moreover, in addition to standard FAT and SAT phases, ERsistemi services and documentation packages include: Project Validation Plan (PVP), Risk Assessments (RA), Design Qualification (DQ), Traceability Matrix (TM), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Support to User Requirements definition (URS), Support to Performance/Process Qualification (PQ).
